A house built by hand

Casa 73 began with a builder. Before he ever ran a dining room, our founder Sonny spent his career crafting custom homes, and built a name for himself with his immaculate care for detail. So when it came time to build Casa, he designed every inch of it himself, from the gilded walls to the chandeliers.

In the kitchen, Chef Antonio runs it the old-fashioned way: pastas rolled in-house every morning, pizzas fired in the stone oven, desserts and gelato made fresh daily. Nothing arrives on a truck ready-made. Everything is from scratch. Everything feels like home.

The saying "casa mia è casa tua" is embodied in every corner of Casa 73. From the moment you walk into our home, we make sure to treat every guest like one of our own.

Ask anyone what they remember about their first visit and they'll start with the tree. Our ruby tree blooms over the bar all year round, and the whole room seems to glow around it: candlelight, warm gold, tables set for long conversations.
